It does not mention "dynamic zero-Covid 动态清零“. It is almost like the authorities now want everyone to forget it was ever even a policy. There is also no mention of the Shanghai lockdown earlier this year. There is one mention of "dynamic zero-Covid". And it is a reminder that there can be no questioning of the policies to fight Covid, that “practice has fully proved that the Communist Party of China has an incomparably strong leadership and is the most reliable backbone of the Chinese people when storms strike” and they will “constantly move from victory to new victory 不断从胜利走向新的胜利”.
